Welcome to Wren Valley Apparel (WVA)! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

PLEASE AT LEAST READ TERMS 5 AND 6 AS THESE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AS AN AFFILIATE.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “WVA”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

1. Approve or Reject the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

The affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

An affiliate may or may not be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customers both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.

Affiliates are encouraged to advertise WVA websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

When you refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get the commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc...).

For an Affiliate to receive their commission payout, you need to specify the payment details in Settings. The payment schedule will be noted on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives WVA the right to review each and every referral order. The commission details and status are displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotion media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share with affiliate channels.

5. Facebook Engagement

Upon joining, you must join our *VIP* Facebook group within 48 hours. You will be removed otherwise. Affiliates are required to engage in posts and create engaging posts.

You will be also required to join our "Rep" group. This is where we post information, give sneak peeks for new fabrics, and share promotional material.

We also require Affiliates to join Rep groups and answer "In Search of Posts" for posts looking for products that WVA sells. You must tag WVA to receive credit.

6. Pictures

As an affiliate, you will be required to submit pictures of your child or yourself wearing Wren Valley Apparel products at least five times per month.

Any photos submitted to our social media pages, email, or the website by our affiliates will become the property of Wren Valley Apparel to be used for (including but not limited to): marketing, website use, catalogs, etc...

6. Cookies

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity unless they use a coupon code.

Cookie days are stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the WVA website will automatically result in a commission to the affiliate.

7. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: info@wrenvalley.com.

WVA reserves the right to remove an Affiliate for any reason at any time.

We also reserve the right to specify term limits for the Affiliate program.
